BITE is a collaboration between casual fine dining restaurant Brasserie Uno and 22 Summits Boutique Hotel. A cosy place to enjoy great wine and a bite to eat, our kitchen is helmed by head chef Jonny Spiers, who creates delicious small plates, which means you can order as much or as little as you like.
